By subscribing to EBOSS services, you agree to the following terms:
1. Payment:

All monthly plan fees are paid in advance for the upcoming 30 days.

One-time services must be paid in full before delivery.
2. Cancellation

There is no long-term commitment, but a 30-day cancellation notice is required.

All monthly plans are billed in advance.

If you cancel during a current month, your plan will remain active until the end of that month, and the following 30-day billing period will also be charged.

Example: If you cancel in mid-September, you will still be billed for October, since content for that month is already being planned and prepared.
3. Content:

Clients must provide logos, brand colors, and base content (photos/videos of products, services, or space).

EBOSS is not responsible for creating original product photos or videos unless purchased as a one-time add-on.
4. Disclaimer:

EBOSS provides expert social media management, but results (such as sales, leads, or growth) are not guaranteed.

EBOSS is not responsible for outages, technical issues, or policy changes on third-party platforms (such as Facebook or Instagram).
5. Communication:

Support is available via email only.
-
We do not provide phone calls or strategy sessions unless explicitly included in a plan or add-on.
6. Governing Law:
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
